The Therapist Behind The Pattern Within
Healing begins with feeling seen.
I created The Pattern Within to offer a calm, supportive space where you can better understand yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.
If you had asked me what I wanted to be when I was a child, my answer was always the same: a therapist.
Even before I understood what therapy truly meant, I was drawn to people, their stories, and the quiet moments where someone simply needed to feel heard. That dream stayed with me, and over the years it became more than a career, it became my calling.
Like many of us, I’ve had my own journey of healing. Learning to recognize my own patterns, understand where they came from, and gently rewrite the ones that no longer served me changed the way I viewed both myself and the people around me. It reminded me that healing isn’t about fixing who we are, it’s about understanding ourselves with compassion.
Throughout my professional journey, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside individuals experiencing vulnerability, trauma, grief, and life’s many challenges. It can be difficult work. Holding space for someone’s pain is never something I take lightly. Yet every conversation, every breakthrough, and every moment of hope reminds me why I chose this path. While I strive to help others heal, this work has also shaped and healed parts of me. It is an honour I never take for granted.
As I’ve walked alongside so many people on their own healing journeys, my passion has only grown stronger. There is something incredibly powerful about watching someone recognize a pattern they’ve carried for years and realizing, perhaps for the first time, that they don’t have to carry it alone anymore.
That is why I created The Pattern Within.
My hope is to offer a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted, exactly as you are. Whether you’re facing anxiety, navigating difficult relationships, healing from past experiences, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
If I can be even a small part of your journey, helping you discover the path you’ve been searching for, or perhaps one you didn’t even know existed, it would be a privilege to walk alongside you.
I look forward to meeting you.

My Why
Healing doesn’t happen all at once. It happens one conversation, one insight, and one brave step at a time.
Whenever you’re ready, I’ll be here.
